Would it be possible to use an authorisation / OTP when moving funds from the stocks ISA to the invest account? The option to move cash from the ISA to the spending pot is convenient, but also quite vulnerable.
What are the specific vulnerabilities?
I’m not sure if withdrawing from the ISA to the card should be so easy and without any authorisation … I’ve been thinking about cancelling my T212 card since I’ve read this : 💳 Introducing the 212 Card - #645 by Rich110
Yeah but that user had next to no security switched on their account.
Reading the thread, someone had got into their computer, copied their credentials over to another computer and logged in. They hadn’t switched on the extra security features so their account was vulnerable as a result. Sad that it’s happened, imo security features like 2FA should be an opt out not opt in.
Use Authenticator on your mobile folks!
