Hi, are all the penny stocks unavailable to buy? I have been waiting 2 hours+ to buy HCMC and over 20 minutes to buy CBBT? ---

penny stocks are often highly illiquid. don’t expect to see the same times as with much larger stocks. waiting hours or days for HCMC is normal 🤷‍♂️ ---

Hi guys, just spotted a fault, been on support, trying to chat with them but the keyboard covers the conversation so it is almost impossible to have a conversation with them, has anybody else experienced this? ---

Could you also have a look at my market order for MGC please, this is now day 3 with no execution…there was 5 million volume of shares traded yesterday so it has nothing to do with low liquidity which is what I keep getting told on support! ---

@Momchil.G Hi please can you explain what the below icons mean? I understand the 24inside the circle, i think it means 24 hours trading is enabled for the stock, but please confirm what these are. The first icon indicates that 24/5 trading is available for an instrument. The second one indicates that, for the time being, only extended hours trading is available, and the last icon indicates that there is no trading available outside of the regular trading hours. I’ll forward your feedback for a tooltip to be added 🙏 ---

Thanks @Momchil.G. Apologies for a further question, how is 24/5 trading different from Extended hours trading. I was under the impression all hours outside of a normal trading day hours were extended trading; is Overnight trading not part of the extended trading? ---
