Account activity statements were emailed up until recently, now I just get an email with a link to generate the statement. It was much more convenient having the PDF emailed. I understand some people might not want the statement emailed as less secure, but it would be good to have the option available again.
This update was introduced to improve the security of our clientsā accounts and statements. Youāll now be directed to the app to generate the PDF, rather than receiving it automatically via email. Weāll let you know if the previous option becomes available again.
I personally never had any use for that daily statement, but as it was attached, I could see the point of the daily email.
Now, as long as there is no option anymore to have the pdf attached, would it be possible to skip the email and just have an in-app notification?
Thanks. Yes I did think it might have been for security but it would be nice to have the option to receive them by email again if we choose that.
On that topic, Iām curious why āprevious monthā is not a standard time period, do few people do their budgeting month by month like me?

Receiving an email every single day, even when there has been little or no relevant activity, quickly becomes unnecessary and clutters my inbox. While I understand that some users may find these emails useful, others would prefer not to receive them.
It would be great if Trading 212 could add a simple setting allowing users to opt out of these daily emails while still keeping important notifications (such as executed orders, deposits, withdrawals, security alerts, etc.).
Agree with this. They stopped the useful monthly summary emails but introduced a pointless daily email!?
