Is there any news yet on the settlement of the Assura/PHP T/O? From what I’ve seen this has been settled already on other platforms?

Would it be actually possible to reach out by a phone call to the custodian (I guess interactive Brokers (IBKR))? Because this business looks like getting out of order. The former Assura Shares are dead money now. You don’t get dividends for the new PHP shares nor can you work with the money. The merger of AGR/PHP was concluded October 16th 2025 - that’s now 3 months. May I remind you, that corporate actions shall be processed in a prompt manner, and that is no longer prompt.

Yes, I am also waiting after I made the enquiry 16 days ago. This has been settled long ago on other platforms so cannot understand why we are still waiting. This should be addressed and settled asap. Please advise the latest situation and the reason for the delay.
This was initially a tender offer that later became a compulsory acquisition, with no action required by default. We are in contact with our custodian and are reviewing the next steps. There is no timeframe or any other details to share yet, but updates will be posted here once available.
