If any discrepancy if found, this may be reported to the regulation agencies. If you do not place a closing order, because of the displayed spread, keep in mind, as mentioned in this topic already, that all displayed prices are informative only, and may differ quite a bit from the prices you would get in your order. Placing a limit order would guarantee you execution at your chosen price.
