The BNY Mellon ETFs look to be extremely competitive with respect to pricing to me.

You need to see if there is an UCITS equivalent - from the top of my mind, thete isn’t.
Check ucits-ETFs.com. Since PRIIPS, only ETFs that have a KIID can’t be traded in the EU. That may change post brexit for us, who knows.
