Cannot buy morgan stanley?

why am I not able to buy Morgan Stanley? it just gives me error, in both fractional or full share.

how much funds do you have available? do you have at least $60 on hand when placing the order for the share?

Ive got this message which i can’t open any position at all. Are u having the same issue @cmaranhao81 ?

well, in Morgan Stanley the message is not the same as yours so I cannot answer if it is the same issue. and since market is already closed for this week I cannot try this or Morgan Stanley either lol.

maybe David can chime in and see what is going on?
