Of the 23% owned by premier stakeholders, only 5.45% of the new companyβs would be premier oils shareholders, the rest of the 23% would be debt holders.
Thatβs how I understand that statement. May not be correct.
Ok thanks, no idea how to work out dilution when I donβt know the size of Chryasor.
Then again now premier is debt free this would also compensate. This is an extreme head fβ¦
