- Lojas Renner SA had a 11-for-10 stock split.
- Augean plc was acquired by a consortium led by Fiera Infrastructure, Inc.
- Net Element, Inc. (NETE) changed its name and ticker to Mullen Automotive, Inc. (MULN)
- Convey Holding Parent, Inc. (CNVY) changed its name to Convey Health Solutions Holdings.
- IBM 2-for-10 Spin-off.
- Pernod Ricard (PDRDY) has been delisted from OTC. Further information is to be disclosed.
