  • Secure Property Development & Investment (SPDI) has completed its spin-off of Arcona Property Fund NV with a ratio of 30,430 Arcona Property Fund NV shares for every 3,411,449 SPDI shares held at market close on 15.09.2025. Since Arcona Property Fund NV is a closed-end fund that we can’t offer, the shares were sold on 07.10.2026 at €4.48 (£3.79) per share.
