  • Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. II (KCAC) - Class A changed its name to Wallbox NV.
  • Cree, Inc. (CREE) changed its name to Wolfspeed, Inc.
  • Cabot Oil & Gas (COG) changed its name to Coterra EnerCoterra Energy, Inc.

  • Regal Beloit Corporation (RBC) changed its name to Regal Rexnord Corp.
  • FireEye, Inc. (FEYE) changed its name to Mandiant, Inc.
  • Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (ISRG) had a 1:3 stock split.
  • Rexnord Corporation (RXN) changed its name to Zurn Water Solutions Corp.
