When will I receive my Vylor shares that have just demerged from my Corteva shares?
It wasn’t included because we’re still waiting for the event to be finalised, which is expected to happen today. We’ll share more details in this thread as soon as they’re available.
The event has just been completed. All shareholders have received the following notification: Corteva, Inc. (CTVA) has completed the spin-off of Vylor, Inc. (VYLR) at a ratio of one VYLR share for every CTVA share held as of market close on 30 September 2026.
