Does ISA utilisation when you buy and sell shares?

Apologies for the basic question, but it’s something I want to be sure about so I don’t mess myself up before the next tax year.

Say I’ve currently got 99% ISA utilisation (purchased £20,000 BP with £100 stamp duty); can I sell that and buy and sell shares at will without affecting ISA utilisation?

Thanks.

Yes. The ISA limit only applies to the cash you deposit into your account. You can buy and sell and make a million without it affecting your limit.
