Forcing a chart update

If you’re using split mode (at least) in minute candles, the windows can sit for a couple of minutes without updating. This happens in Firefox and Chrome.

I don’t know why that should be, but the easiest way I’ve found to force an update is to right-click the pane and and pick “1 minute” again. You may see several more candles.
Usually 0 or 1 or 2, but I just got 4 doing that when I returned to Trading from this chat.
Clilcking the window hadn’t done it.

It can reveal a lot when the chart gaps up and you’re wondering “OK, what’s next?”.

Thanks for pointing it out  That’s not an expected behavior and we’re already working on a fix.

Could it be a slow computer? It was fast, a couple of years ago!

It was a notch below a gaming machine. Geforce 1050Ti Graphics card.

Oh, something else, I’ll message you…

Any news on this?
It’s getting to be rather annoying :confounded:

I know one other user sees it, because I’ve seen it on their computer.

Anyone else?
As above, it’s where you’ve sat watching a chart for a while. The update can be nothing, but it can be up to about 4 candles. It’s usually not a big price move, but some have been enough to lose a buy/sell.

Not yet, I’m afraid. I’ll let you know as soon as we fix it :ok_hand:

I was beginning to think it was just me… :worried:
