# Forum for bug reports

Can we have a forum category to report potential bugs with the platform. There only seems to be feature requests. Thanks

I would like to report a bug with the entry for **Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE)**. The page for this company no longer works. This is probably because the company recently changed its ticker from **JEC** to **J**. The T212 platform is still showing the company with the old ticker JEC. Jacobs is now one of those special US companies with a single letter ticker (like C, V, T, F, K, H). I bought my first shares of Jacobs @ $6.65. Today they are $101.29.

Fast work. Thanks. But chart data still fails to load. Perhaps it takes time for that to come right?

I agree and think a “bug report” category for the forum would be useful.
