This is a VCT I think, not to be confused with Foresight Solar Fund (FSFL).
I’ve had a quick look and it seems like FTSV disposed of its assets recently and will be paying out a 132p special dividend shortly which probably accounts for the fall in share price.
I’ve never really looked that closely into VCTs. As I understand it, capital gains and income are tax free in the UK. It could be worthwhile if you’ve maxed your Isa, Sipp etc.
