Holicity (HOL): Limit buy error "Try Again"

Hi,

Trying to place a limit buy order for Holicity (HOL), getting error message “Try again”, unsure what the issue is

Account type: ISA
Stock: Holicity (HOL)
Order type: Buy Limit
Amount: 1 share
Limit price: $16 (current price was $17)

have sufficed free founds etc, can place similar limit orders on other stocks

please advise, thanks
