Iāve solved it. When trulayer displays the button go to bank, Donāt press it. It will then go to normal authentication and you wonāt get the stupid qr code screen. Took me a while but now managed it this way. All the best.
When you say donāt press go to bank what do you do instead? Go back? Or do nothing and it times out?
Did you ever hear anything back? I tried chasing them up and got no where, it was like starting from scratch again they didnāt have a clue! Very frustrating.
I did nothing and it goes to fingerprint authentication. I managed it like that. Now I have no issues and it doesnāt take me to the QR screen now.
Update. OK I just made a deposit. I DID have to press GO to bank on first screen but it no longer takes me to the qr screen and I now have no problem depositing. Yesterday I had two hours of the same issue you have. I didnāt press go to bank and it now seems to have resolved itself permanently.
Just tried it there, when I press āgo to bankā it just doesnāt work now, its like the website has just crashed.
Strange. I hope it sorts itself out.
I just made another deposit from hsbc. I pressed go to bank first time it appears but not the second time which is what I did before. Had no issue. If you are still having an issue it must be another problem somewhere. Good luck.
