I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone using the “live chat” feature to check on my ID verification which seems to be taking longer than the 24 hours indicated. I cannot ever seem to get in contact with anybody!
If I need to submit additional/alternate documents I’m happy to do so, but first I need to know where I am.
Could someone look into this? Happy to PM account details to a rep.
