Perhaps it is me being lame, but arenāt inv. accounts supposed to not have āspreadsā (buy/sell) difference for the stocks, if you are buying actual stocks?

thereās always gonna be a spread difference. Someone has to sell and someone has to buy if there was no spread youād just be swapping
Iād hate for people to be buying stocks without a clue how the market actually operatesā¦
If there wasnāt a spread, there might as well not be prices.
