Thought I would start a thread here based on a couple of thoughts:
- Does anyone communicate with Investor Relations on companies they invest in?
- What questions do you ask?
- Do you find you receive meaningful feedback?
Thought I would start a thread here based on a couple of thoughts:
Why?
Because they can dodge them easily (no public event). Because they tend to look down on âunsophisticated retail investorsâ. Because I lack relationships necessary. Because an answer could be material information and needs to be disclosed through RNS for instance.
Do I regardless like to do it?
Hell yeah. Questions phrased differently and being consistently being dodged can also give information. And on the rare occasion they do answer you can often read in between the lines. If investors are being ignored consistently (not just me but others too) it is a big red flag.
Yeah, i always ask them why theyâre doing a reverse split.
