Junior ISA trading account

Add my vote too please. How do I add myself to the waiting list?

Another interested parent, ready to signup for x 2 JISA’s

Have a Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) JISA account recently setup for my child.

However, would be great if T212 supports JISA accounts, and allows for seamless transfer experience of existing owned shares from HL JISA to T212 JISA :folded_hands:

:light_bulb: And if / when that were to happen, it would be great to link my personal T212 account with the JISA account to easily switch between the child and my account under my main signed-in account.

Pretty sure this won’t be possible. The child’s account is not your account, you are the responsible person for the account. The account belongs to the child.

I opened a HL JISA for my kid in Dec 2025 because it was the only sensible option. Would consider getting it moved to T212 if that were possible as well in the future.

I also have HL JISA and you can attach the children’s account to your own so you can toggle between them with HL.

Hi guys. New to this.

I love the idea of setting up an auto invest account for each of my kids with the idea that in 20-30 years time they have something significant to set them up with. Is there anyway to do it? If I do it with my own account they eventually I would need to gift them the money and pay taxes. If I can set it up from the start as theirs I guess there are less issues. Can anyone help or point me in a good direction? I am based in Spain if it makes a difference.

Can’t advise on Spain I’m afraid, but in the UK we have Junior ISAs (JISA for short). It locks the money away till they’re 18 but is tax free on gains

+1 for Junior ISA. Fed up of using HL.

Any updates on this feature

is it still in the works and any forecast dates, any upddate?

There’s nothing new to share at the moment. If we have any news regarding JISAs, we’ll share it in the thread.
