After you initiate a live chat and then get disconnected , as a user you are not able to resume that chat nmand must initate a fresh thread repeating same information. Basic requirement.
I understanding from talking to live chat support agent, T212 side has visibility of previous chats.
Can I ask what was the thinking behind users not having equal visibility and being able to simply go back to an unresolved chat and even when resolved have it stored in the chat history for future reference.
Maybe at least time limit the store before archiving.
This is a feature by standard in Revolut, MoneyBox, Freetrade et al. No need to be different in my view.
