The average chat response time for 2019 was 36 seconds. Yet, right now the average pick-up time is higher than the one which our clients are used to. The load varies throughout the day, and I cannot provide you with a specific wait time - it might be just a few seconds or several minutes. Nevertheless, a follow-up will come through for sure. 
By the way, we took several different measures to bring back the good old instant chat experience, regardless of the load. Just bear with us for a bit longer, and thank you for the support!
