In case anyone is interested, my first exposure was this:
They won’t be able to add them as it’s not a Penny Stock Exempt.
As a recommendation before posting, just go to https://www.otcmarkets.com/ put in your thicker and be sure it has the Penny Stock Exempt badge. Only they can be added.

Again, as it is a profitable company I assumed (wrongly) that it was exempt.
I don’t really understand the situation as in my view it meets the criteria, but as you rightly say, it does not have the “Penny Stock Exempt” symbol.
Do you know what the implications of a “grey market security” are?
