I think you have to do DD on all of these companies depending on what you want to achieve in the future. For example, last year, Landsec and BLand recoiled their investments back to London as obviously it is in the capital where the growth is (commercial/residential). But all of that changed because of COVID. How many of the workforce are going back to the capital post-COVID? There are countless webinars discussing about these issues, have a listen. GL.
