# Official Transaction Statements for Accounts

We need official transaction statements for accounts showing withdrawals and deposits, and the user’s account details. These is essential when providing Trading 212 statements for financing purposes e.g. mortgage applications.  
These can either be mailed periodically or available for download on the platform.
