Welcome to the Community, @pauls22 :waving_hand:

We don’t have specific details about this event at the moment. If it’s confirmed, all eligible shareholders will receive an in-app notification with additional information.

I believe according to the schedule the rights should be available for execution from Sep 19 for around 2 weeks. Can we expect something tomorrow?

Reference: Rights issue

The rights issue has been confirmed, and all eligible clients have been notified via the app.

Hello, I have not received any message on my account. I hold Orsted shares - are all retail investors eligible to participate in the rights issue?

My email said the deadline was 25 September.

Did you receive the rights issue option? Are you an individual investor? Trying to understand whether you received the email from company/ Trading212 on eligibility of rights issue

Hi Veselin,

Can you confirm that communication regarding this has been sent. I can’t find it anywhere

All clients who invested in Orsted AS (D2G) :de: and were eligible for the rights issue received an in-app notification with further details on 19 September 2025. This does not apply to the OTC Markets listing.

Ok I just realised that my holding is in OTC market

The notification on D2G has worked correctly in my case, so thanks for that. However, is there a reason why I cannot buy any more D2G at the moment, please? I’d guess that there is a restriction related to the rights issue but I’ve seen this issue before with other Gettex stocks like SVHH, where there also seemed to be a temporary ceiling to my holding.

Each stock has different maximum order and position size limits. For the Gettex listing of Orsted, the limit is 66 shares. If you’ve reached it, you won’t be able to buy more shares, but you can request an increase in this thread. We’re keeping track of all client requests when there’s a manual update.

If i was notified about the share issue through the app, and subscribed, with cash appearing as withdrawn (blocked for rights issue D2G)in my history, I assume I have done all i need to? If so, when will the shares appear in my account?

I would like to know the answer to this question too!

Yes, since you’ve subscribed and the funds appear as blocked for D2G’s right issue, nothing else is required on your end. Although I cannot provide an exact distribution date, you will be notified as soon as the shares are allocated.
