# Pembina (PBA) distribution

Hello Team,

Not sure which category best fits this topic.

Anyway since December, you classified PBA dividend as RoC, which is not correct as PBA is not MLP thus it is not paying Return of Capital but ordinary dividend distribution.

Can you please look at this?

Hello Vedran,

We are aware of the visual mismatch in question. As we have stated, we are in process of restructuring the dividend distribution, and some discrepancies with the notification may appear. Nevertheless, this won’t affect your dividend payout or taxation in any way.
