These shares are currently valued at circa 3p, can someone explain what it means when they are issuing 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each. How does your average investor get in on this, is it even possible, or has this been agreed with a private investor? This seems unfair but maybe I’m not understanding it properly.
In terms of dilution this is nothing…
