Price alert for random stock?

This morning I checked T212 and, among all my usual price alerts, I saw a notification for Volex.

However, I have not set up a price alert for this stock, and it is not on any of my watchlists. I do not have any of these shares in my portfolio, nor have I ever owned any.

So why am I seeing this alert? Is it a bug?

This is in my S&S ISA, but I have also checked my Invest and CFD accounts (which I don’t use), and also the “practice” accounts. No trace of any prior interaction with Volex. Very strange…
