Problem reading documents

Dear customer service,

If you ever read this message, I am not able to open an new account because on the final step I am not able to read the documents of terms and policies. The only readable one is the W-8BEN but all others are not.
Since I cannot commit my self on something without reading your terms, can you please help me and fix it or send me the papers separately?
