Hi everyone, new here. How do you save drawings on the charts? Can’t believe it doesn’t do it automatically. Also, by the way, can I change the default chart template? Don’t like it. Thanks, Gaston ---

@Gaston that is quite easy. You can create your own template. Changes can be saved when hovering over the template name and clicking on the icon (then select Yes or No) ![Schermafbeelding 2020-04-08 om 11.45.57](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/trading212/original/2X/6/6bce412ced0eaa523c55f40c3785fada81493483.png) When you click the lock in front of your template name, this will be default for all new charts. ---

Like support/resistance lines? Don’t know. Aren’t those saved automatically? ---

They are saved as long as you keep the instrument tab open. ---

Thanks for your reply. That’s not very useful though. Am I the only one complaining about that? It should save them automatically. Is there a plan to update it anytime soon? thanks, ---

I can only leave 9 tabs open. so all my drawings are gone if i close one of them. How can i save the drawings? did you adress this in April? Is it possible now? ---

As of October 2023 it’s still not fixed and it’s a pretty big drawback in the browser version. Reading the charts is much easier on a PC monitor than my phone, so i was forced to install an Android Emulator to use the App version in my PC to keep the drawings. For me, the browser version just needs to be able to save drawings because, honestly, i like the browser version more. ---

Our focus recently was on implementing new functionalities, such as multicurrency support and extended trading hours, but we still have in mind the feedback in the thread. Improvements in the web app are next on our To-Do list, so we’ll keep you posted. ---

Do we have any updates on this? I was tracking buy/sell points on the chart and saving them with Ctrl+S to save chart layout, but turns out, that only saves if you leave the chart tab open. I closed tabs to clean up the chart pop-up, and to my surprise, all the hard work i had put mapping out the buy/sell points on the individual instrument charts, is now gone!! Please fix this. What is the point of creating drawings on the chart if we can’t save them?? You might as well just remove the drawing features!
