# SGLD on Deutsche Börse Xetra is missing

I can see it here:

But not in the trading platform:

For some customers it’s important that the ETF is traded on Xetra, not on London stock exchange.

They imply that it’s not a bug, but I consider it a bug.

Well at least you got a response from a Customer Care Hero!

I wonder if they got promoted, would they become a Super Hero?

If it were me, they need to remove the stock from the website availability list.
