There are some tickers where the price just doesn’t update and the displayed price ends up completely different to the actual price being traded. An example is 3MST. In contrast 3NVD does update thus its not an issue with leverage etp.
I’m having problem accessing the platform on my laptop this afternoon. All the stocks were missing. Have just restarted the laptop and they are slowly returning. Has anyone else had this prob today?
Just realised that the problem was caused by the Windows major update being downloaded and installed yesterday but it was much more disruptive than usual. Everything back to normal now.
Yes a few times the data (positions etc) doesn’t load but normally a refresh and its fine
I was getting that problem a few days ago on the GBSP Wisdom Tree Physical Gold stock where it was lagging behind the actual price and sometimes seemed to be stuck on the same wrong price for hours. Seems to be tracking OK now.
