Hi all

Does anyone have any steer on what’s happening with the St Modwen sale to BlackRock? Is it going through yet?

The current price is 548p a share but the Blackstone purchase price appears to be 542p. Do I sell at the 548p price or am I missing some intel which means I should hold on for the 542p price?

I guess this is where you are meant to DYOR. The current offer looks like 542p a share, so if you can sell it at 548p, your pennies in.
