# T212 Account Nomination

@Momchil.G If a T212 account holder becomes incapacitated due to illness, disability or death does T212 have an account nomination process?

If not, can one be implemented as countries have different set of laws to handle succession related cases and some could take years to complete in absence of nominations.

If you die the money gets paid to the estate / successor.
