T212 App Not Loading


My app is just perpetually stuck on the blue loading screen, without actually ever loading. I can access via the web app still but…

Anyone know about this bug/experiencing it and know a fix? Tried everything bar deleting the app, but I don’t want to mess up my homescreen layout or have to readd the legacy iOS widget

I’m getting the same on an iPhone X, don’t even get to the login screen just the splash page. App fully up to date.

Hello, same thing is happening to me. Stuck on blue opening screen. Fine on web app. Any ideas?

Had the same issue. Deleted the app which fixed the issue.
