Trading is addictive

With easy access to global markets plus extended hours and overnight trading I’ve found that it is easy to spend far too much time on Trading 212 activities to the detriment of everything else and it is far too easy to invest more money than we should. Although I’m aware of this problem, it’s a battle to stay on the right side of the addictive pressures every day.

Is anybody else experiencing the same thing, or really struggling with it…?

If you are not good at it, just buy a global equity fund and keep buying.

It’s that simple.
