Ultimately, all of our clients’ money and assets are held and safeguarded in segregated accounts alongside the property of our other clients, hence segregated from all our obligations towards third parties.

Yes. There’s an element of trust that this is the case but it’s certainly nothing to be concerned about if your portfolio is less than £85,000.
