Unable to open positions

Hello,

It is 6 days already after the Chesapeake issue. Regarding this issue, corrections to my account were done on last Wednesday (15.4.2020), but since then I am still not able to open any trading positions. I also wrote an email to support on Thursday (16.4.2020) but there is no response.
Can you help me out?
