When you email support, they will be able to remove the card, then your withdrawals will go to the only available options
You’re able to delete/remove your card details via the app yourself. I’ve just removed mine (to check) although been meaning to do it for ages now. Hope this helps @imjacobclark!
I believe when you remove the card yourself it will not be available for deposits, but to remove from withdrawals (especially if you deposited more than you withdrew) you will need T212 support.
The above seems to back that up, so happy to be wrong on this occasion. Considering that’s going to cause T212 to process a “refund” it seems strange if you’ve got Instant Bank Transfer setup. It’ll be one of those AML restrictions which I do understand.
