What are you guys doing to avoid what happened today happening again tomorrow?


Please don’t take this the wrong way, I’m sure you guys are working hard, but are you doing anything to avoid the huge mess that today was repeating again tomorrow? Yes, your intermediary has stopped orders for a while, that’s not your fault (if true) but we were unable to even log in for over 1.5 hours after US market open. I’m sorry but that is absolutely unacceptable. I am sure you are aware that today was not the last crazy day, this will go on at least until Friday, possibly even longer. Do we have to be worried that we will be locked out of making decisions about our money for hours tomorrow, or any other day again? Is there a way you can up your server capacity or stg to prepare for the very expectable surge for tomorrow and other days too?
