  • Bakkt Holdings, Inc. (BKKT) has completed a 1-for-25 stock split.
  • NeoGames SA (NGMS) has been acquired by Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 29.5 per share.
  • Palfinger AG (PAL) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 24.09 per share.
  • ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd (MT) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 0.05 per share.
  • Molecular Energies PLC (MEN) has been delisted - awaiting further details.
  • Toshiba Corp. (TOSYY) has been delisted - awaiting further details.
  • Kin & Carta PLC (KCT) has been acquired - awaiting further details.
  • Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (EARN) changed its name to Ellington Credit Co.

  • Wincanton PLC (WIN) has been acquired in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at 6.05 GBP per share
  • Direct Selling Acquisition Corp. (DSAQ) has been moved to the OTC Markets.
  • Toshiba Corp. (TOSYY) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 14.92 per share.
  • Ault Alliance, Inc. (AULT) has completed its spin-off of TurnOnGreen, Inc. (IMHC) with a ratio of 0.83 IMHC shares for every 1 AULT share held at market close on April 11th, 2024.
