• Heramba Electric PLC has moved to the OTC Markets and changed its ticker to PITEF.
• Spruce Biosciences, Inc. (SPRB) has moved to the OTC Markets.
• Capita PLC (CPI) has completed a 1-for-15 share consolidation.
• FOXO Technologies, Inc. (FOXO) has completed a 1-for-10 share consolidation.
• HIG Capital LLC acquired Converge Technology Solutions, Corp. in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at CAD 6 per share.
• Aerovate Therapeutics, Inc. has completed a 1-for-35 share consolidation.
• Octopus UK Bidco LTD acquired Windward Ltd in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at GBX 215 per share.
• Esyasoft Holding Ltd acquired Equals Group PLC in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at GBX 135 per share.
