  • Itau Unibanco Holding SA (ITUB) has distributed a stock dividend with the ratio of 0.03 shares for every 1 share held at market close on 26.12.2025.
  • Shefa Gems Ltd (SEFA) changed its name to Alef Bet Advanced Technologies.
  • Oxford Biomedica PLC (OXB) changed its name to OXB.
  • Alternative Liquidity Fund Ltd (ALF) changed its name to Endowment Fund Ltd.
  • Tatatu SpA (ALTTU) has been delisted - awaiting details.
  • Creatd, Inc. (CRTD) changed its name to Vocal, Inc.

  • Birchtech, Corp. (BCHTD) has completed a 1-for-5 share consolidation.
  • Sarabel Invest Sarl acquired B&S Group (BSGR) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at EUR 5.96 per share.
  • Nikola (NKLAQ) has been delisted. Existing positions will be closed at USD 0 per share.
  • Genmab A/S acquired Merus (MRUS) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 97 per share.
  • Bridge Holdings LLC acquired WideOpenWest (WOW) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 5.20 per share.
  • Rockhopper Exploration PLC (RKH) has announced a rights issue with a ratio of 1 new share for every 49 shares held at market close on 19.12.2025. The subscription price for this event is GBX 53 per new share.
  • EuroSite Power, Inc. (EUSP) has been liquidated. Existing positions will be closed at USD 0.06 per share.
  • EuroSite Power, Inc. (EUSP) has completed a corporate action, resulting in the distribution of EuroSite Power Inc - CorpAct (EUSP.ESC) with a ratio of 1 EUSP.ESC unit for every 1 EUSP share held at market close on 29.12.2025.
