• Steel Connect, Inc. (STCN) has completed a corporate action, resulting in the distribution of Steel Connect, Inc. - CVR (STCN.CVR) with a ratio of 1 STCN.CVR unit for every 1 STCN share held at market close on 02.01.2025.
