  • PFSweb, Inc. (PFSW) has been acquired by GXO Logistics, Inc. (GXO) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 7.5 per share.
  • Sciplay Corp. (SCPL) has been acquired by Light & Wonder, Inc. (LNW) in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at USD 22.95 per share.
  • BioPlus Acquisition Corp. (BIOS) has been delisted. Positions will be closed at USD 10.8 per share.
  • Lookers PLC (LOOK) has been acquired by Global Auto Holdings Ltd in a cash transaction. As per the terms of the deal, positions will be closed at GBX 130 per share.
  • Ault Alliance, Inc. (AULT) has completed a corporate action, resulting in the distribution of Imperalis Holding Corp. warrants (IMHC.W) with a ratio of 40 warrants for every 1 AULT share held at market close on June 22nd, 2023.
  • BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (BCTX) has completed a corporate action, resulting in the distribution of BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. - CorpAct (BCTX.CNT) with a ratio of 1 unit for every 1 BCTX share held at market close on September 4th, 2023.
