@Joey_Fantana I think itâs better to request all the upcoming IPOs on every Monday to make sure theyâll get added on time.
Theyâre not always known at the beginning of the week unfortunately. And I think doing that, without specifying in each day, would still see them missed on the right day.
Presuming this is a temporary lapse in service due to volume of complaints and correcting being processed as a result of the last couple of weeks server loss.
But theyâll incur more complaints if the IPOs start to wobble again, especially with some biggies coming up in the next couple of weeks.
It is likely that most of them wonât even be available on IB, letâs say on Monday, soT212 wonât be able to add most of them until later in the week when they actually IPO.
Complete novice to this but how would one find these on the invest account.
Hi @Tabbyh7 - the above havenât been added as yet. The usual process is that Iâll post a list of any IPOs on a given day (not my job, I just enjoy doing it) and tag the 212 devs for awareness.
Usually these are added same day but I suspect their resources have been a bit stretched recently due to an influx of complaints due to server issues over the last two weeks, so the team havenât been as responsive in getting these added same day.
Hoping this will change soon, but I would just keep an eye on these posts and look out for a member of staffâs reply confiming they have been added. When you see that you may need to close and reopen the app or even restart your phone to see them in the app.
