Please add Vanguard VUSA from XETRA.

We have almost no option for S&P 500 in euro like the GBP.

VUSA has a T.E.R. of 0,07% against the 0,20% from Xtrackers, the only etf in eur following the S&P 500 Index

This is a US domiciled ETF and so it does not comply with regulations for sale in the EU. You need to look for ETFs listed on one of iShares European sites such as ishares.co.uk
